How it's going
Sitting too long
Listed 60 days or more and still not shifted.
Pull your eBay listings
Brings across everything currently live on your eBay account, including listings you made by hand. Safe to run again: it never overwrites a cost, box or location you have already set.
Your inventory
Type a cost straight into the row. It saves as you leave the box, or when you press Enter.
Sold items
Most recent first. Type a cost against anything you missed at the start and the profit puts itself right.
Record a sale
eBay sales come in on their own. This is for everywhere else you sell: Whatnot, TikTok Shop, a mart table, or straight to a mate. Without these your profit figures and tax year totals are only telling half the story.
Sales you have added by hand
eBay sales are not listed here, they cannot be deleted from the tracker because they would only come back on the next sync.
Add a box
A box of 100 for £100 makes each comic a pound. A single key is just a box of one.
Put comics in a box
This is the step that makes the numbers real. Give a prefix and each comic gets a label to write on the bag, B1-001 onwards.

This month against last
UK tax years
6 April to 5 April, which is what your Self Assessment runs on. Download gives you a CSV of every sale in that year, with a totals row, ready for an accountant.
