Roughly how many?
A rough guess is fine. A short box holds around 120 comics, a long box around 250. Easiest way: stack 100, then count how many stacks like that you've got.
Roughly what era?
Even a loose range helps, "mostly 90s, a few older ones." Silver Age is 1956 to 1970, Bronze 1970 to 1985, everything after that's Modern.
What condition, honestly?
Mint to well-read, slabbed to dog-eared, just be straight with me. A photo of your best, worst and a typical one tells me more than any description.
