Your right to change your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel, for any reason, no explanation needed. This applies to everything bought through the shop on this site.

To cancel, just let me know by email, WhatsApp, or the contact page, before the 14 days is up. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the item back to me.

Once I've received the item back and confirmed it's come back as sent, I'll refund you in full, including your original delivery cost, back to the card or payment method you used. This normally happens within a few days of the item arriving back with me, and shows on your statement according to your bank's own timing after that.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described

This is separate from the 14 day cooling off right above, and it isn't time limited in the same way. Every comic in the shop is described and photographed honestly, condition, grade, and any flaws I can see. If something turns up genuinely different from how it was described, or arrives damaged because of how it was packed, tell me straight away with a couple of photos and I'll sort it, a replacement where possible, or a full refund including your return postage.

Comics are graded and described to the best of my honest judgement, but grading is never a perfectly exact science. A minor, genuine difference of opinion on a single grading point isn't the same as an item being misdescribed. If in doubt, just get in touch and we'll talk it through properly rather than argue over it.

Cancelling before it's shipped

If you change your mind before your order has gone out, just message me straight away and I'll cancel it and refund you in full before it's even posted, no need to wait for anything to arrive and go back.
