Juggernaut first appeared in X-Men #12, published by Marvel in 1965. That places it in the Silver Age.
Why this issue matters
Charles Xavier's stepbrother Cain Marko, made unstoppable by the gem of Cyttorak. He turns up in a single panel at the end of X-Men #12 while Xavier narrates his origin, with the first full battle in #13, but #12 is the accepted key and carries the premium. A Lee and Kirby creation.
